Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the email box account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
